The pope Evaristus

His Holiness Pope Evaristus (in Latin Evaristus) is the Pope number 5 of the Catholic Church.

The Holy Father Evaristus initiated his pontificate in the year 97. He succeeded Pope Clement I. His papacy lasted for 8 years, ending during the year 105. He was succeeded by Alexander I, who would become the following bishop of Rome.
