His Holiness Pope Innocent IV (in Latin Innocentius Quartus) is the Pope number 180 of the Catholic Church.

Sinibaldo Fieschi was born in Génova, in the current country of Italy.

The Holy Father Innocent IV initiated his pontificate in the year 1243. He succeeded Pope Celestine IV. His papacy lasted for 11 years, ending during the year 1254. He was succeeded by Alexander IV, who would become the following bishop of Rome.
