The pope Linus

His Holiness Pope Linus (in Latin Linus) is the Pope number 2 of the Catholic Church.

was born in Toscana, in the current country of Italy.

The Holy Father Linus initiated his pontificate in the year 67. He succeeded Pope Peter. His papacy lasted for 9 years, ending during the year 76. He was succeeded by Anacletus, who would become the following bishop of Rome.
