The pope Martin IV

His Holiness Pope Martin IV (in Latin Martinus Quartus) is the Pope number 189 of the Catholic Church.

The Holy Father Martin IV initiated his pontificate in the year 1281. He succeeded Pope Nicholas III. His papacy lasted for 4 years, ending during the year 1285. He was succeeded by Honorius IV, who would become the following bishop of Rome.
