His Holiness Pope Sixtus II (in Latin Xystus Secundus) is the Pope number 24 of the Catholic Church.

The Holy Father Sixtus II initiated his pontificate in the year 257. He succeeded Pope Stephen I. His papacy lasted for 1 years, ending during the year 258. He was succeeded by Dionysius, who would become the following bishop of Rome.
